  PESARATTU (GREEN GRAM DOSA ) Ingredients  1. 1 cup - whole green gram  2. 1/4 cup rice  3. 1-2 green chillies  4. 1 piece of ginger  5. 1 small onion 6. 1-2 tsp of coriander leaves  7. salt  8. oil 9. water  Instruction  . soak green gram and rice in water for at least 4 -6 hours or over night  . grind green gram, rice, green chillies, ginger into a smooth batter adding water as needed  . cook the pesarattu  . cook until golden brown  .serve hot with coconut chutney
